IF you can find a better $198 phone, you should buy it. I don’t think you can, so buy this! – The G8 was one of Last years flagships. It was panned, not for doing anything poorly, but for not wowing with any of it’s features. It retailed for around $850 and the popular consensus seemed to be that it was a winner @ $650.

Finally “unlocked” for my right carrier !! – Somehow the task of buying a phone for less money through a third party has been the death of me over the past weekend with an unlocked LG G7 thinq that ended up being locked to Sprint and left me with no usable data at all whatsoever. Came across this G8 Sunday while researching which phone to get to replace the defective one and I am very satisfied with my purchase !!

May be the best deal for a flagship phone EVER – I do not know how to make this succinct. It really is simple. Flagship phones are so close really in terms of what they do. I mean if they have the latest Snapdragon or Apple chip in them they are all going to be blazing fast. Aesthetically speaking, phones are not that much different from each other. Then if you use a case it really doesn’t matter at all. Yes the camera is a good decider, but even then at this point no flagship is going to have a poor camera. Everyone will have a great to excellent camera. Often price is not too much an issue as companies LOVE the high dollar, high profit of the flagships. That is where this phone comes into play. The LG G8 ThinQ, for whatever reason, saw it’s price point fall quickly. Then if you are willing to buy a refurbished or recertified phone, the LG G8 ThinQ has some INCREDIBLE deals and prices. This phone is just a little over a year from being the king of the hill flagship. It has the Snapdragon 855 chip inside. Antutu benchmark of a crazy 435,000. Drumroll……for crazy prices of $199 to 299!! I have heard some getting for $199. I personally bought it for $249. A one year old, refurbished (mine came in brand new…BRAND NEW condition), flagship level phone for a mere $249! Folks if you can get one for a price of $199 to 299, snag it!

DO NOT purchase a cell phone from Amazon…….. – Pay no attention to my STAR rating here. I’ve used an LG device for years for my business, and think it’s an excellent product (5 Stars); unfortunately, LG no longer produces cell devices, so I got a Samsung through AT&T, and it SUCKED – very displeased for a number of reasons. SO I came to Amazon for another LG-6; the first “unlocked?” LG I ordered came loaded for T-Mobile network, and would not work on AT&T’s. I returned it here (still no credit issued), and I then ordered an LG-8, but this time I took it to AT&T before having all of my data transferred over ($76).
