Unlocked boot loader! – Very satisfied with this product. Phone is in ‘like new’ condition, plenty of battery life, and everything works. Seller was very responsive with question about boot loader. Came with USB power cable (which that last one I ordered from a different seller did not). No issues at all so far.

My New Phone – My Pixel phone was exposed to some moisture on a river rafting trip and died. After reading reviews I decided that the Pixel 3 (which is waterproof among many other great features) was my best bet as well as costing a little over one third of the price of the newer Pixel 4. Unfortunately Google no longer sells the Pixel 3 so I went to Amazon and found this one. While supposedly a refurbished phone it looks new and so far has performed well.

Phones work, but they are FILTHY and not in great shape. – I’ve ordered “renewed” items on Amazon before. Every time, the items have been received in a “like new” condition. Not these phones. I ordered two as gifts for my parents who live in a different state. I had them shipped to my sister, who lives close to them, as I’d read the reviews from other customers and realized the phones may need cleaning and checking before gifting. The phones arriving dirty was a disappointment, but not something that we couldn’t work with. My sister cleaned and sanitized the phones before taking them to my parents. Unfortunately, as they were setting them up, they realized the speakerphone/media volume wasn’t working sufficiently, so we’ve been trying to blow the ports out with a can of air for a few days now. Each time, the volume gets a bit better, but it’s still not clear. Based on the reviews, I don’t think “exchanging” the phones will produce a better result, so we’ll continue to try to blow out the ports to see if we can get better results.

Phone looks like new – The phone looks new. It works perfectly with T-mobile. The battery life was poor until I changed the setting to Adaptive Battery on. Then it was acceptable. The charger shipped with the phone did not work, but the original charger can be bought for ~$15. So overall, very good value.

Review – I bought this product 9 months ago and it was working fine when I first bought it but recently the device has been acting up the phone has been freezing on me while a surf the web and do other basic smart phone functions and the battery life has drastically decreased in it’s holding capabilities compared to when I first purchased the phone.

Great phone good buy! – Arrived in perfect condition except there was a faint light scratch on the screen that I’m sure will not be noticed with a screen protector. Working great so far with what seems to be great performance. This is an extra phone for me so I had low expectations but I am impressed. Haven’t used much but what I have used it for it worked great. Speakers sound good.

10/10 would recommend – Just received this phone today. I am very pleased. It seems to be running great. I was worried purchasing a refurbished phone but after playing around with the phone for a few hours I have to say I am impressed! No glitches I’ve noticed camera works great I had no problem putting my T-Mobile SIM card in and getting great service. I do wish the phone came with manufacturer charger. Also battery life isn’t the greatest but from my understanding that’s how all of the pixels are for most part rather they are refurbished or not. Overall I would buy from seller again and also anyone contemplating buying a refurbished phone from this seller I would 10/10 recommend. I will update this review if anything comes up in the next few days

Great phone – My wife and I both have these phones. When my wife’s original Pixel 3 had a battery issue 2.5 years after she got it, she specifically wanted another one. This one has been great so far. The first 2 chargers that were sent to us did not work, but the seller was great to work with – responded quickly, and sent out new ones right away until we got one that worked.
