I would give it 0 stars if I could… – I bought this phone for my boyfriend as a present. We received the phone it looked nice at a glance, it must have been refurbished it was junk quality, the internet wouldn’t even load I couldn’t use his sim or sd card with it. Everything is so slow, the customer service from the company takes forever. The layout for the SIM card and sd card isn’t the same as advertised. It is old fashioned you pop the back off for the battery and it doesn’t have the pop out SIM card it shows in the picture… also it is 3g phone so it can’t use the internet even with minutes. All the people can do is give credit for another out dated phone. It’s a scam!!!!!!
