Purchase advice :
-
Warranty :
Check the duration of the warranty and also the faults and defects it covers. Is it complete or limited? and What is included in the warranty (parts, repairs or both)?
-
Shipping :
Is delivery offered? And how long does it take to get delivered (Delivery time)
-
Proof of purchase :
Does the shop give you an invoice ?
-
After-sales service :
Do they have an after-sales service to have information about the installation or operation (instructions for use). Also in case of problem, it is the seller who takes charge or you must contact the manufacturer or supplier yourself.

GREAT phone… – Great basic smartphone that offers a lot for the price. It’s pretty quick, has great storage PLUS can take up to a 128 gb micro SD card.

Good phone, but no fm radio included with this gsm model. – This is a good quality lg phone for battery, however some settings are hard to locate even with search option. With this type of phone which is lg k40 X420AS there is sadly no fm radio which is one of the reasons I made my purchase because my friend also bought the k40 and that Unlocked model for any carrier does support radio with a built in app. I thought the gsm model wouldn’t be any different, but it does not support it because this is the at&t model. The lg k40 does have a good music player app and runs smoothly using Android version 9. With the lg k40 X420AS another plus is that it has wifi calling as an option.

Out of 32gb…only 18gb useable. – I think this product is well worth the price albeit a bit deceptive with storage capacity. LG gives the K40 only 18gb of useable storage out of 32gb. However the great thing about this model is the expandable sdcard capacity. A whopping 1tb (possibly 2tb). So do your homework… and if you are willing to buy an additional sdcard with more storage capacity, this phone is a bargain.

It’s good but the price is what it is – Okay let’s break it down the seller did a really good job yes it is an unlocked phone was it easy to hook up to with my carrier sickeningly easy any downsides that I saw 1 it is an AT&t phone so it has a crap ton of bloatware on it if you want to poke around inside the settings and try none stick those apps you might be able to get a workaround 2 it is the lower internal memory of the phone just have a lot of what it does have is really good it also has all the standard you would expect a phone to have of a higher quality oh and all highly recommended if the one I’m currently have you ever breaks I may go back to this guy to get another one

They sent the wrong cable – This isn’t a huge deal-breaker, and I still like the phone, but they sent a USB-C cable, but the phone takes a Micro-USB.

A Downgrade, but pleasantly surprised – Coming off the Moto Z line with Verizon I feel that I’ve been pampered by the luxuries included on an expensive phone. That being said, I do not feel that the “luxuries” are necessities that make a phone what it is. The screen on this phone has a decent display and great tactile feedback. In all honesty I was expecting some greater latency, but LG has designed an affordable phone with an unnoticeable difference between some pricier other options.

Not as good as the K20 but still good. – Used Samsung for years until I noticed they would break after just 1 year. Got an LG K20 and worked great fro over 2 years but had to upgrade for work purposed for operating system. The K40 has nice features but is slower then the K20 and the screen is slightly smaller. The fingerprint recognition is also not as effective nor as fast as on the K20. But for the money it is still a great buy, provided it does not break in a year or less. If it does I will edit my review.
