Phone is not unlocked – Some reviews mentioned that the phone is unlocked, as described and that it works on t-mobile networks. This was not the case with the phone that I received, nor the original one that I ordered and asked to be replaced. They have the AT&T logo on the back, and the t-mobile store was not able to register them for t-mobile The only good thing I can say is that Amazon’s return policy eased the pain of this wasted week trying to get the phone to work.

Customer service was fantastic. – Phone is good but there was a problem in it somewhere. It would not let me connect to Google. Seller promptly issued a return authorization and I ordered another another phone from the same seller.

Great phone in name but failure in Service – The phone was great and all but the first red flag was when the phone opoened with sprint cinematic. My family dosen’t use sprint and i took the phone to the sprint store to see if they remove the automation on the unlocked phone. Sprint couldn’t do anything and neither could cricket. The second red flag was that the phone couldn’t connect the the data plan was on due to the phone connection to Sprint. Long story short, we’re returning the phone.
