Between a rock and a hard place – I had the Moto Z3 years ago and loved it so when I saw this one I was super excited I ended up buying two one myself and one for my mom. They’ve been working great except for the issue on mine where the screen flickers sometimes when I unlock it or open an app. When I bought the devices it said they could be returned or replaced in x amount of days however when I try to get it replaced I’m told that my only option is to refund, wait for the phone to be received and processed, and then I’ll get my refund. The issue with this is the fact that, that would leave me without a phone, which I can’t have. Lesson learned on my side I guess, super disappointed in the situation and Amazon.

Worked great until set up – I ended up returning this phone the same day I received it. It looked and worked great, but there was a dead section across the center of the screen that made it almost impossible to use. They did offer to send a replacement.

Garbage – I’ve had it for a couple days,I have to restart at least 5 times a day. Screen freezes,. It’s junk. Then you call so called support and they request account info that they don’t need!!!!

Beautiful and fully functional! A solid, well rounded device. Absolutely perfect for the price!!! – I got this device to replace a moto Z3 it has definitely done so and also surpassed it. The addition of a headphone jack is of course going to be appealing to anyone. Although I have fully made the transition to Bluetooth headphones because of the previous models I still don’t mind. The device itself has a much larger screen it looks clear and has very good definition. The camera on the other side although not double lens even better than the previous versions. The front camera is so sensitive and accurate that it’s kind of annoying how often the lock screen will open with just me glancing at the phone. Since I’m usually trying to read the contents of the lock screen it’s kind of misleading. The fingerprint reader is definitely not necessarily more convenient nor efficient it reads my finger about 75% of the time no one no matter how well it is programmed. As far as performance goes the phone keeps up with most apps and ultra HD video content. Given the price and how the phone seems to have slimmed back down since the first Moto Z3 model. I do enjoy it very much.
