Great phone , fast- 1 issue – Alright so let’s just go to the 1st thing that’s wrong with the phone is phone is it constantly disconnects from USB in my car so if you’re phone connects to USB in your car for navigation on Car screen You will constantly get disconnected maybe not at 1st bat 1st what eventually has gonna happen and eventually just happens more and more and more and probably has to do with the fitting on the phone where the USB attaches over time but probably wear it down a little bit and probably comes just a little bit loose to begin with

Problems – I bought this phone for the first time at the end of December 2021. I failed within one month. I returned it and bought another one now two months later the same issue occurred. It goes into some type of system restore that it cannot be removed from. Eventually it just went dark. It no longer functions at all. I called Amazon as the seller suggested on the questions they tell us to contact them but there is NO WAY TO DO THIS! I live in the United States and the support number is ONLY for Europe. I sent an email last week and there has been no answer! I need my phone but I have no way to reach them. It does not appear there is anything but a promise of an offer to help. Can the seller who tells us to contact them for help let us know exactly how to get this warranty repair? If I could do this again, at least at this point, I would not repurchase this device. I will change my review if they actually tell me how to get this phone repaired or replaced.

Excellent performance…. the great value is a bonus. – 2nd Review: I have begun to be a less happy with this phone. The company touts the storage capability, but a new SD card/TF card is not recognized as storage when it is installed. I have tried multiple ways and tested the card in another device, so I know it is good. Of course, no manual or help is available that I can find. I contacted the company but their English is poor and I am not hoping for much. Searching online has not helped me. This is very dispiriting as I am getting 1/2 the storage that I purchased the phone to get. I do not want to spend another 4 days setting up another new phone, so I guess I will live with it, but not happy about it.

Five Stars for Great Customer Service – I’m going to give this phone 5 stars for now, that may change. I am definitely giving the seller Omeilia 5 stars because they did a great job with their warranty service. I received the phone in March 2021. I really liked the phone right away. Its really fast, has alot of storage, has great screen resolution and the battery really lasted a long time. It could go about a day and half without recharging. So I was really happy with the purchase – a great deal for the price. The battery definitely went south in late July. lasting for about a half day. Only about 3 hours if in use. I was disappointed and tried first to work directly with Oukitel. Never got a single email back from them. Pretty mad about that cuz the phone is still under 1st year warranty. I contacted Amazon and they set me up with direct messaging with the seller Omeilia. (Special thanks to Will, at Amazon, very helpful and customer oriented.) After a little discussion Omeilia sent me a replacement phone and I sent the old one back. Super fast and friendly. The new phone is working great and I will not hesitate to buy from Omeilia again. I will keep and eye on the phone battery though and update if it fails again
