Great looking Phone, a little smaller than Note 9 or Note 8 – Amazon Warehouse gave me the best looking Note 10, with all accessories and in original box at half the price. LIKE NEW. Phone is smaller than the Note 8 or 9. It Worked great, but battery lasted only 7 hours, I also realized there is NO expandable storage in Note 10, only after receiving it. With the horrible battery life (could be just one defective battery) and my realization of the No SD card option (Note 10+ has 1TB expandable storage) I decided to return, and will either buy the Note 10+ or a Note 9

Love it. – I was concerned bc the box was opened and the contents were all moveing aroundin the shipping box. Love this phone. Wished I would’ve splurged on the plus tho. But all in all it a great buy

Unbelievable – I purchased this new Samsung Note 10 to replace a Note 4 which got tired. The Note 4 was, in its time, for big hands, but with buttons across from each other on opposing edges, one couldn’t hold it without pressing the buttons. And it had security that required care when one wanted to unlock it, but my pocket could easily unlock it and start any number of apps, make calls, start music, … . I imagined that Samsung had failed to give it full testing, or did a cursory test by someone with small hands who used both. I couldn’t imagine that they could do worse.

Excellent device; however, consider Galaxy S10. – TLDR; excellent phone. Hot tip though… apparently the Samsung Galaxy S10 is cheaper and practically the exact same to the Note10. Marques Brownlee had a good video detailing that.. 😉

Great phone just came with a little scratch but good purchase – I’ve been using my galaxy note 10 for about a couple weeks now and I am satisfied with my purchase. Though there is a slight scratch on the screen, it’s nothing that gets underneath my skin. I’ve been using a galaxy s7 for about three years now and I am just glad that I made the upgrade. My AKG headphones (that came with the note 10) stopped working about two weeks in so there’s that too. Overall I am happy.

10/10 would recommend – I gave it only 4 stars because it’s a great phone definitely would buy again! But I used the screen protector it came with I dropped it once and the phone cracked right under the screen protector so partly my fault I guess??

Pleasantly surprised – I consider myself a tech snob in the sense that I don’t like settling for a device that doesn’t come packed with the features I want. That being said, I was leery of purchasing a renewed device for so much money but I must say I don’t regret it. It’s been about a month and I love this phone. Colors are vivid, sound is amazing , speed is great. If I can find any cons it would be the fingerprint sensor that I would call finicky at best. And the battery life isn’t bad, just not that great considering the size of the battery compared to the other Samsung phones. Glad I saved myself big bucks going renewed.
